If you are looking for a provider that genuinely cares about your health/well-being and has good customer service, keep on looking. This office is horrible. My doctor left which I was never informed of and they just cancelled my annual physical without telling me. They at least could have transferred it to another doctor as we all know it takes time to get in for a new appointment. They are treating me like a brand new patient. Meanwhile my sleep medicine has run out of refills and they refuse to refill it prior to an appointment, so I guess I will have plenty of sleepless nights ahead of me while trying to find a new provider. I am completely disgusted with this office and how they conduct themselves.

Wow how this place has changed.
I have had my tshs draws at this lab since 2012. The lab techs and individuals who used to work there were stellar. Unfortunately I can not say the same for the snarky group of people I ran into today. Upon my arrival I came to the sign in sheet and the person working there did not acknowledge my presence. I proceeded to sign in . There were at least 15 ppl sitting in the waiting area. I decided to go back up for a second attempt to ask a question to make sure they could find me or if they need insurance info since in the past that's how it was approached. When I got back to the window I ask the question . The female said if you do not have a prescription We will not be able to help you. Well first of all if she had been listening she would have heard me say it was already faxed and that I had been having tsh drawls at that location. She than placed her hand up at me in attempts to shush me. I basically put my hand back up and told her never mind. I do not want anyone who acts like that sticking g a needle in my arm to draw my levels anyways.i do not reccomend this lab nor will go back. And if anyone ever ask I will not refrain from sharing this review.
