I would rate zero stars if I could. They are not a real clinic at all or even a legit business. They are not registered with the Ohio Medical Board. There is no doctor. There are no nurses. There are two girls who have zero medical training or experience. They are not in anyway qualified to provide medical advice or assistance. If there is an emergency, the best they can do is call 911 for you. Something anyone who is capable of walking in there could do for themselves. Not only do they not have any medical training, but they also have no social skills at all. They are rude and don't like when you ask questions. If you even suggest they don't know what they are doing they kick you out with no refund. This is one of the top 10 worst and shady businesses in the Blendon township area in my opinion.

This place isn't an urgent care. I don't know how this place makes money. I am beginning to doubt it is even a legitimate business. Sometimes staff isn't there when it's supposedly open. Sometimes it's open but no patients are seen; I know of a person that waited an hour + in the waiting room alone with no other patients being seen and was never called back for examination - she gave up and left. Sometimes you are turned away for even basic concerns. In one instance, my wife was turned away for a pre-employment physical being told that they aren't performed there, despite the website stating they are. I know of another person who was turned away after going in for a chronic cough/head congestion, being told that they would need to go some place with an X-ray to be diagnosed properly, which isn't true and doesn't even make sense. Prescribing z-pack and prednisone for clear head/chest infections should be a place like this's bread and butter. No other urgent care requires and x-ray to diagnose this. It's mindboggling. Do not even try to go to this place. I don't know what they do, but it isn't medicine.

I came here during the week, arriving around 9:15am. They had to call a squad on someone in the back shortly after I got there and he was taken out. No one else there. I was taken to a room, passing all of the other rooms in the hall. All empty. The MA took my vitals. My O2 read 92 - she said oh, thats high. This must be broken. Yes, it must be broken. But no, thats low - an indication that she didnt know her basic vitals. She also didnt know how to use a manual BP cuff, unable to get it properly inflated. She acted like she took it and rattled off what my BP was - I ALWAYS run low, as in just above death and, as a nurse, I know there is no way this girl got an accurate reading.I sat in a room for 35 minutes while they were doing whatever - the ONLY patient here. I know the provider is supposed to call the hospital when a patient is transported to give them a report but that wasnt happening while I was in the room. A drug rep came in 10 minutes after I was put in the room and the provider spent 15 minutes talking to him. I could hear everything. Room is dirty. (See pics). I left without being seen. No one ever came back to the room. Provider knew I was in there. She poked her head in to say something to the MA. Will not return and would not recommend. No excuse for this.
