      image I went to this store recently to get some help with BYOP (adding a new phone to my account.)  The staff on duty were very friendly and professional, and were able to help me get set up in minutes.

      image Waste of time. This is an authorized retailer not an official cricket store. You will have to pay extra fees to work with them. I took my lunch break and wasnt told about the fees until after I got there. I would have hoped they told me on the phone when I inquired about what I need for an activation.
