        Our stay here was great! The hospitality from the staff, especially Cindy, was very warm and welcoming. Thank you for an amazing weekend stay.

        Feel like I have had my pocket picked to the tune of $384. Be sure to read the cancellation conditions before booking with this company. Evidently they require cancellation within just 24 hours to be entitled to refund of booking. Our reservation was considered fully earned after the 24 hours even though we cancelled about 10 days prior to our reservation. Wonder if they are going to rebook the room or just leave it unoccupied? I would like to update this review in that the area supervisor did the right thing after reviewing our situation and credited the return of the charges. Thanks for making this right. Noteworthy details: Pay attention to detail.
