        We had a house fire, the lady at the front desk on the evening shift, older white lady, gave me the hardest time when I asked to be let into my room. She told me that we were not supposed to be in the room and that we had checked out . I explained to her that we booked the room for another night theough a 3rs part because the rates were cheaper. She kept telling me that I had to leave until I lost it and began to cry because I had just lost everything that I owned and I couldn't take another upset. After another customer that was at the front desk told her to cut me some slack .... she let me into my room.
