My wife and I recently moved back to Ohio from Arizona. We had discussed purchasing a home at some point and knew exactly who we would call. Phil Herman/Remax. Phil had helped us sell a home and a condo prior. When the time came, there was no question who would work for US!! Both my wife and I work very demanding jobs and our time is limited. Phil knew that and was very understanding. At our first meeting we knew we made the ONLY choice. Phil took notes, understood our budget and what we were looking for. He added us to a list that would advise us of condo sales. Phil made himself available each time we called saying \"hey, we want to check this out\". Even if after looking we were not satisfied, Phil would comment \"no worries, we will find you your forever home\". How is that for service? 4 times losing out and, on the 5th, we found it!!! Phil, your professionalism, kindness and attention to what mattered to us made our experience one of a kind!! THIS is why we returned to you!! If we could give a higher rating than 5 we would. We cannot recommend him enough. If you are looking or just thinking about looking....CALL....YOU will NOT be disappointed. Thank you again Phil! We are so grateful for your passion and experience!! We love our new home!!

Too many details to share. Quick list: - we found the house, called an agent - agent was assigned up to the day we submitted an offer - agent was removed from our transaction after it was already in motion - went through the rest of the terrible transaction without realtor representation - only time we saw or talked to someone from Phil Herman's office was when he sent someone down to our closing meeting to pick up his commission check. Joke was on him - due to a bank system outage, there were no physical checks to distribute at closing LOL!! Phil - Wish you could see the gesture I'm showing to my phone.
