Kim McAndrew was our realtor with CENTURY 21. She was really fantastic to work with! We finally decided to move forward with purchasing a house and were pretty nervous and new to the whole process. We wanted someone dedicated to us and that would have our best interest in mind throughout the entirety of the process. She was recommended to us from the Dayton community and we are so thankful. Always willing to see houses last minute, always cordial, and understanding of what we weren't willing to overlook, even after during and after inspections. Thanks Kim!

I have worked with many real estate agents in the past, but Kirby O'Brien is, by far, the best one I have ever worked with. I have both purchased and sold properties with Kirby and have always been thoroughly satisfied with the quality of her services. I have been searching for a real estate agent like Kirby for a long time, and now that I have found her, I envision us working together for a long time. When you pay for an inspection, you expect someone to know what they're doing, and not give an opinion. We recently purchased a home and expected the inspector to know what he is doing, unfortunately, we trusted Century 21 to do that. Our basement is flooded because the pipe line to the well is rusted through. We now have to apply for another loan to pay to have a new well dug. I wish we had chosen another company to help us find our new home. EDIT to Century 21: We weren't given the option to select an inspector, as you have stated. We paid good money for an inspection, and expected them to "know" what they're doing. There were several things missed, and not just the well failure. We didn't find this out until after we moved in. We also tried to reach out to both your company, and our agent, to which no one returned our calls. We will not recommend your company to anyone we know and we will not use your company for any future investments we may make.

Buying a house is extremely stressful but thanks to our agent Sarah Clay at Century, 21 we were able to get through it with little stress. She was there to answer all my questions and even supported me emotionally. I cant imagine doing this without her knowledge and support. Thank you for helping us make our life fuller
