Im not quite certain if its because we order at dinner time, towards the end of the day, perhaps thats our mistake however, multiple times now weve had stale rice. It was hard and almost inedible. Sushi isnt particularly meant to be super crunchy with rice getting stuck in your teeth every bite. I know my rice as I was raised on it religiously. It was just too underwhelming for me. I love the sesame toppings and sauce drizzles, and according to the photos provided, thats what I thought I was getting.that unfortunately wasnt the case. The spicy tuna roll wasnt spicy at all, the cucumber was sticking out inches past its roll depth, Im not sure how but some pieces had avocado, others didnt, even a few were over stuffed with ahi. The Cali roll was the same, the crab looked like someone had over stuffed it into a ball of rice. Forgive me, I wish I had pictures but I was so upset, my husband ended up taking it to work. I give it a 3 as the dressings are to die for, and because weve never eaten in I cant speak for the actual shop itself. I understand deliveries can sometimes mess with the quality of food, but based on the (priority) deliveries, Im not exactly feeling encouraged to go in.

This was the most underwhelming "sushi" I've ever eaten. Prices are very high for the quality of the product. Flavors dont really come together. Just bland. I wouldn't really consider this sushi... just skip it and grab sushi at the whole foods next door.

Very slow service. No one else here took more than 20 mins to make two rolls. Workers here but not working. 20 mins after ordering two sushi rolls and they still werent dont I left.

Oof - not a good experience for me. I ordered some mango dishes - a tempura shrimp & mango roll and sticky rice with mango. The roll was just a shrimp tempura roll with a cup of mango on the side, which is not what I expected, but fine enough. But either the "inside out" roll idea doesn't work, or mine wasn't rolled very well because I couldn't pick it up with chopsticks at all - everything just sort of broke apart as I was eating it.
But worse was that it just made my stomach feel bad, like something in it was past date - that's not how sushi usually makes me feel, and there wasn't even anything raw in my roll! The sticky mango rice was inedible. If I think something in my roll was a little off, the cup (literally a drink cup) of sticky rice topped with mango was WAY off, like it had been made and stored for a long time before I got it.
I swear it was something in the rice, like their rice had gone off.... I don't think I can ever trust any food from this location/brand again.
