        I have been ordering donuts for years from Bills, and over the past year we have noticed a decline in quality. Then two orders in a row from DoorDash arrived super fresh and we thought, yeah!!!! They are coming back to quality!! Then I ordered again through DoorDash and received an entire box of stale donuts, so stale I could not even eat one! Not to mention we waited over an hour for delivery. I was fine with the wait, but not for an entire box of stale donuts!! I called the store and was advised no one else had complained tonight as if my complaint didnt hold merit??? Its a shame, they cant seem to stay consistent with fresh donuts.

      image I have been ordering donuts for years from Bills, and over the past year we have noticed a decline in quality.
