Not only was the cleaning top-notch, but the team was also incredibly professional and friendly. They arrived on time, listened to my specific requests, and worked efficiently. They truly cared about making my house shine. I can't express how happy I am with the results. It's such a relief to have a clean and fresh space to relax in. I would strongly recommend that you do not engage this company based on my frustrating experience. I called looking for a deep cleaning service. I talked with "the owner/scheduler" for 45 minutes explaining my needs. I wanted floors throughout the house cleaned (it is 4400 square feet), baseboards, kitchen, and all flat top services. I was provided an estimate for the deep clean that included 3-4 cleaners for a day. Unfortunately only 2 cleaners showed up and expressed shock and confusion at the scope of the project as they were not briefed. Since the job wasn't finished in one day, I contracted to have one of the cleaners return later that same week. It was my desire to contract for ongoing services. Unfortunately, I received multiple cancellations with minimal notice. This lack of reliability is problematic in a service business. Also, this wasn't cheap as I spent $1435. Save yourself the frustration and find a more reliable and effective cleaning service.

I am doing this review purely for education. I would like those who may decide to give this business a try to know my experience. We decided to hire this company to do a deep clean of our home. The initial encounter was fine. The individual I spoke with explained the difference between a deep clean and a standard clean. We wanted to have our baseboards, top of refrigerator, and under furniture cleaned. Neither my husband or I were home when the cleaners arrived. The individual that came out to clean the home called me at work reporting she was unable to get into the home. The individual I scheduled the appointment with had not provided her with the code. I eventually provided her with the information and they went through their process of cleaning. They entered my home at 9:32AM and called me stating they had already packed up and left at 1:15PM. Per the individual I scheduled with, my home would require nine hours of labor total. Therefore, they would likely send three cleaners to complete the job in three hours. Upon my arrival home from work, I immediately noticed some of the baseboards were not clean, the top of the refrigerator was not cleaned, and under the furniture was not cleaned. When I proceeded to contact the company to inform them of this, their response was we cant move furniture to clean under it. Well, I would have been happy to move the furniture if that would have been explained to me prior. They also stated your house took three hours over the allotted time and we didnt charge for that. I thanked her for this. However, if you reference my ring camera times above as well as the phone calls to me at work, that is simply not true. If you review the deep clean on the website, you can see that the things that were missed are listed as something that should be done. The company was willing to send another cleaner out to addess these issues. However, I cannot do business with a company that was dishonest. That is no way to run a business, coming from a professional myself. I would not recommend this company.
