In January of 2024, we contracted with Gregg Sisson to complete our kitchen remodel. This job required demolition, wood flooring repairs, electrical, plumbing, backsplash tile, finish carpentry, drywall, ceiling repair, and the setting of base and wall cabinets. Gregg completed each element of the remodel with superb attention to detail and follow-through. On several occasions, Gregg also offered creative solutions to different challenges involved in this job. Gregg's commitment to excellence and perfectionism is superb. Gregg takes a lot of pride in the quality of his work. We are delighted with our kitchen and we highly recommend Sisson Homebuilders!

My husband and I were referred to Gregg at Sisson Design Builders from our cabinet maker. We are seasoned remodelers and have completely remodeled 3 homes. We hired them to remodel our Master Suite including the bathroom and closet. We were so pleased! Greg is a perfectionist and has an incredible eye for the detail that is usually discarded. I am admittedly very picky so this was a dream for me! It is rare to see work done to absolute perfection. The flow of the dimensional tiles we selected into the shower base match perfectly. Another highlight is that they are so clean when they work. We were prepared to move to another bedroom while they ripped out the master bath and closet and never had to! They ran fans to pull the dust out the window and put up plastic to the entry. In addition, they put down and picked up ground covers daily. I have referred them since to at least 5 couples and will continue to do so. I apologize, but this is my last rant (about this). I have been too kind and too subtle. What I want to highlight here are: 1. Defective Pella products, and their lack of customer service AND 2. Sisson Design Builders in Centerville, Ohio. Had multiple problems with Pella products, then substandard customer service. Greg Sisson failed to respond to multiple requests to fix the latest Pella mess, since we have already paid the final bill. My husband and I have given up on the lot of them. He will fix it himself (luckily he is handy), and we will be done with all of them. Service: Project management

Gregg renovated a bathroom in our all original 1974 home. He completely opened up the space although the footprint he had to work with was not very big. It changed the entire feel of our home. It’s hard to find someone who truly takes pride in their work and we highly recommend him.

My husband and I searched for a custom builder for a couple of years. We're not an easy sale! Our son Michael is the one who found Sisson Design Builders. After meeting Greg and viewing a couple of his homes, we decided to contract with Sisson Design Builders to build our new home. Currently, our house is going on 14 years old. We are as happy today with our home, as the day we moved in! Greg and his team met all our expectations and more. The building process went smoothly. My husband is an engineer and I'm a perfectionist. I wouldn't consider us difficult, but we did expect quality workmanship in a timely manner. While building our home several of our friends came through the construction site. Liking what they saw, two of them chose to build new homes with Sisson. I've since became a Realtor and been in many homes over the past 13 years. When I return home from showing houses, I'm always happy with our home! Thanks to Greg Sisson and team!!
