Very bad customer service. Thev3 months warranty was never completed. They told us that they would take care of it on the 1 year warranty. After 4 months from the visit for the 1 year warranty not only they never showed up, they never even bother to call us to give us an update of the situation.

We are very displeased with the process and our experience. The quality is good, but Fischer representatives dropped the ball with making sure the land was ready. We signed our contract in July of 2020. We picked our options at the end of Aug 2020 and were told it would start in September. Come to find out in late october the land wasn't prepared and wasn't developed. They didn't get permits in to start until mid October.
They had opened a new area and gotten contracts signed for nearly 30 homes before they paused new contracts.
Those of us who started in July were started all over the map and mixed in with those who signed the contract much later. (This is fine, but at some point contract dates should have mattered)
Here we are in almost the end of April and we still don't know when we are closing. Houses that signed contacts much later than us are farther along than us. Homes started after us are farther than us. We keep falling farther behind.
They don't care about their customers. They just want the money. We have repeatedly talked with our contacts with Fischer and nothing has been done. Later contracts should have had a lower priority.
Instead we are going to hope that our house closes in 1 year from signing the contract. Right now we aren't even looking like it will be less than 11 months.
People who broke ground in February are also caught up to us.
This isn't ALL covid and materials delays either. It's not the size and the options of the homes. This is not taking care of their customers. I hope they do a better job taking care of the customer when we are in the home and have something pop up. I am not holding my breath though. Service: New construction services
