I love my home here for 8 years.. My neighbors are great , Stephanie and Katie are so helpful. Don, Rob and the rest of the team are terrific. I can't imagine living anywhere else.

I loved it here! It was a great first apartment and never had any issues getting things fixed. Maintenance guys were super nice and always responded to requests/fixed any problem the same day. Always felt safe walking my dog around. Office ladies were nice and did a great job.

--I lived here for one year and had the best experience. --The area is perfect. --For the price, it is definitely worth it. I had an apartment that "wasn't updated" and it was perfectly fine. --The only time I had any maintenance issues (only two minor instances) they were fixed within the next day. --The only reason I left was because I bought a house, but if not I would have definitely renewed my lease. --The leasing agents and workers were great and quick to respond to any of my questions. --I never had any issues with my neighbors. --I tell everyone who is looking for a place about The Woods of Centerville.

this place is a quiet little place that everyone can enjoy. Lots of people here decorate their apartments, In some weird upside down pineapple theme. But they are very festive.
