This is a wonderful apartment community! The neighborhood is quiet, perfect for walking your dog. The office staff Alex and Pam are always helpful when you need anything or have questions. The maintenance staff Myke and Brandon are fantastic! Anything we needed was taken care of the same day. If youre looking for a nice quiet community you should definitely check this place out.

Beware! Major scam. Sent a friend over looking for a place. I use to work her 15 years ago as a leasing agent. They took her 150.00 saying 50 would come back to her if she was not approved. Her credit score was lower then 600 so she had to get a co signer. They then had little contact with her. After going there this week corporate supposedly demand 650. 3 days later corporate demands 750 and still a co signer. They also took all 150.00 and pocketed it. I am so embarrassed suggesting this play to a single mom getting out of a bad marriage. She was victimized all over again. Don't fall for this one bedroom scam!

I lived here for a year and absolutely loved it. The place was very clean when I moved in and the maintenance workers do a good job of taking care of things. The scenic views are what I loved most. It was also pretty quiet and peaceful when I lived here

Amazing staff! Michael and Brandon are the best! Office staff Alex and Pam always make you feel welcome! Location is amazing. Grounds are very well maintained. Service calls are taken care of really fast!

Honestly this place looks and seems nice, but the management is sketchy as all get out! Paid 150$ for an application fee, only to be rejected cause I didnt have a high enough credit score. When I asked if having a guarantor would help at all, which I couldve done, all I got in response was, Sometimes, but thats not a guarantee. When I proceeded to explain that Im currently homeless as the result of my fathers suicide, they conveniently stopped replying. So basically, even if you can afford to live there, they might still not want you to simply cause theyre too lazy to actually communicate with you effectively. They will happily rob you of 150$ for the application fee, but will turn around and act like your money isnt good enough for them to actually live there. Horribly disappointing and downright disrespectful! My advice? Unless youre rich and have perfect credit, dont even bother. Theyre just gonna take your money and then metaphorically give you the middle finger. Pathetic!
