        I just wanted to say that i am super impressed with the customer service at the Reserve At Miller Farm . Very prompt responses and always very pleasant . And they did an amazing job on the remodel of my new home. I moved here in November from a place that i had lived previously for 9 years. That place had no upgrades but continued to raise the rent. So in my eyes it is very refreshing to find a new home that treats you like family and not just a tenant . Thank you Marissa and to the rest of your amazing crew. Keep knocking it out the park .

        I would like to retract my previous comment. Marissa the property manager went out of her way to resolve the issue. I did not know they were short staffed at the time and now that makes sense. I would recommend this place to future tenants. Community is great and the staff is on point with maintenance requests and overall helping out with any problems that occur!!! I encourage anyone who is looking for an apartment to put this one at the top of the list!

        Lindsay gave me a tour of the model. She was great. She answered all of our questions and told us all of the important details.

        I honestly did not have any problems with the property. Maintenance was quick and thorough. The people that were in the office seemed irritated when they were called and most of the times did not answer the phones. I called the current customer line 3 times, and they did not answer but then called again pretending to be a new customer and they answered right away. Now.... I am no longer at that apartment complex, and they are wanting me to pay 890 dollars to replace the carpet which only had two small stains. The apartment is going through updates therefore the carpet will be ripped up anyways before new people move in. There were 2 move out inspections which never said anything about the carpet... (currently in conversation with their corporate office about this.) I would not recommend this place. Money hungry and they do not budge on anything. A really big shame to be honest.
