        Avoid avoid avoid!! While the rent is relatively cheap compared to the surrounding apartments, everything else is terrible. Staff were not very friendly and would keep changing their words. They tell you something and end up charging you extra 350$. Maintenance takes forever that you end up having to take care of business yourself. Everything breaks easily in the apartment. You can here every step of your neighbor. Whatever you have to do, just avoid it!

        This is a review moreso of the management (I'll update when I move in), but so far, Cassie has been really helpful in helping me get my place and explaining everything to me. She's gone the extra mile as far as helping me secure the apartment. So far so good

        This corrupt apt owner has had 14 women post 5star reviews who never lived here OR were employees. Just another way they lie and cheat. Tenants who fall for their tactics clearly don't know their rights as a tenant. Most of poor reviews could have been won in court easily.
