I received a letter from R.L.Steele in the mail when I first founded my company. Later when I called them with questions, they picked up the phone right away, and answered what they could with a very nice attitude. The staff even called me back with the details that I requested.
Even though I haven't worked with them on my business, I sure look forward to it. R.L.Steele cares about the people they interact with. I feel very comfortable suggesting that you try out their services.

We've had our tax returns prepared by Steele for over ten years. The entire staff is always extremely helpful and friendly! Our paperwork has been neat and completed in a very affordable, timely manner. We would never go anywhere else! Highly recommend!

They sent me a mailer for a "Free consultation". Despite the fact there were spelling errors on it, it was signed by Judith N. Fultz, CPA so I presumed they must be legitimate.
I figured "OK, I need a consultation" so I contacted them multiple times, and they never once responded to me.
Odd to spend money on a letter and not respond to it after multiple attempts to be their client... I guess they may have gone out of business
