        I am very disappointed by management at this location. we were driving and accidently reserved a room - (they would have been 40 min in the wrong direction). we called 4 min later to discuss this error and hopefully not be charged. We are aware it is at the managers discretion to allow this reversal. We did reserve at another location in the direction we were going... but, they refused. It is unfortunate. being in the hospitality market you are aware of how stressful traveling can be and errors are made. The money grab here is evident and I will probably never stay with a Fairfield again that is under this ownership. really sad.

        The elevator to get in the pool didn't work.none needed I was just looking to see how it worked and it didn't Rooms: Rooms were clean and neat Walkability: Can walk freely with more people in the halls

        I was so tired stopped to rest with my family. Bed sheets and comforter were smelling bad and bathroom was super dirty it did not make us feel good.
