The Grand Resort

The Grand Resort is a nice relaxing place to unwind. It has great restaurants and lots of space to move around and activities to keep you occupied. The service at their various restaurants was outstanding.

They definitely make you feel like you're a million bucks as soon as you walk in. We definitely will be back. The spa is absolutely wonderful. We got the Vichy shower, the signature and classic pedicures. Y'all..... It's definitely worth it! Rooms: The rooms are very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Walkability: It was pleasant walking to the recreation area. And I had no problem finding a bar near my room lol Food & drinks: We really liked the Atrium for breakfast. The omelettes are wonderful!

Haven't stayed in the rooms yet but their service is hands down along with their food and drinks! Can't wait for the summer!! Food & drinks: Gotta try their chocolate martini!!

This hotel truly makes you feel at home while maintaining an upscale experience with their intimate service and exclusive location. This is one of the only hotels I've been to where the concierge actually gives you an in room tour and also free wine service at night in your room. I've fully enjoyed staying at this hotel, but I do not think that it has high value since the price matches the experience. I wish the hotel breakfast was buffet style instead of an a la carte set, but it was tasty. The rooms have their own private hot spring, but that is to be expected. In-room amenities and sauna were very satisfactory, while the spa leaves a lot to be desired.
