Hidden gem!!! Food options are good. But the quality is great. Can't go wrong with any of the pizzas! Rest of the table ordered salads and meatball subs, everyone was very happy. Only reason I cannot give 5 stars, the bourbon pours are way over priced. I assume most of the other spirits would follow suit. $25 for a 2oz pour of Wild Turkey rare breed, this is a $50 bottle that can be found any day at any liquor store. Must say, for touting themselves as a "bourbon" bar they need to get in touch with their pricing here. Otherwise love the chill atmosphere and will definitely be back. Just going to pre-game prior as a "bourbon guy" , it just doesn't make sense.

We ordered 7 different pizzas including the Smores dessert pizza for our staff lunch. We also ordered garlic knots and they were amazing. Everyone really enjoyed the food. All the pizzas were very good. The toppings were fresh and plentiful. The owner opened several hours earlier than usual for us and that was very nice. I highly recommend Papas Brick oven!!!

Papa's Brick Oven Pub has great food, phenomenal cocktails, great servers, and a laidback atmosphere. I have eaten here many times and will do so again. Love the food, drinks, servers and atmosphere. Glad this pub opened in the Shops of Green. You need to stop in for a dinner and drinks.
