Doctor Qadir has been treating my whole family for years. She is exceptionally thorough and extremely knowledgeable. If other doctors can not figure something out with you, she usually can! My mother has been battling some challenging health issues that had other doctors stumped. Dr. Qadir has taken such good care of her and she is feeling much better today!

This is the best thing that has ever happened to me. Dr Qadir has helped me so much by listening to my concerns and putting together a program specific to me. I am feeling like myself again and getting healthy. Everyone in the office is so helpful from the one on one coaching from AJ to the IV treatment from Andrea to the front staff Nicole. I'm very thankful to Dr qadir and her staff. I was suffering from swollen knees with severe joint pain. Dr qadir and her staff drained my knees and did an immediate injection of prolozone to my painful knees and I was able to walk out in alot less pain immediately, then with in a short time I was pain free. Shortly after she did a full and complete blood work evaluation and went over my eating habits as well. The more I listened and stayed away from sugar the better my knees were, however a short time later in started eating cakes candy chocolate again and my knees were in severe pain again, I received another shot in each knee and stayed away from sugar and I was pain free again. The next time I started eating sugar my sciatic nerve was in severe pain, I tried chiropractor, acupuncture and nothing worked. I stopped eating sugar for about 2 weeks, went and seen Dr qadir and she injected me with prolozone. Within 2 days I'm 90% pain free. Innovative health and longevity taught me and helped me to realize my sensitivity to sugar, encouraged more responsible eating habits and showed me the healing benefits of prolozone treatment. I strongly recommend Innovative health and longevity to anyone that's suffering from back, knee, or any type of joint pain.

I highly recommend Dr. Qadir and her staff. I've received more answers from her in the past two months than I ever have in my adult life seeing my traditional PCP. She listens to every single concern I have, no matter how small they may seem. I'm on my way to healing and being my best self and I can confidently say that it is all because of Dr. Qadir. I was suffering from some lung issues post COVID but after doing the ozone therapy all of my symptoms are gone. The ozone therapy was even helping my plantar fasciitis. I've done the food sensitivity testing and with the lifestyle modifications I'm finally starting to lose weight. I no longer feel bloated, swollen or have any GI issues. We are also working on my fatigue issues which are slowly starting to improve. I can't thank her enough for helping me along this journey.
