Everyone at the CC4PM (Comprehensive Centers for Pain Management) are very professional and easy to get along with. They treat everyone with respect, no matter who you are.
I'm glad that I am able to see these professionals every month.

I have been going to Dr. Otting for several years. I followed him to four different locations. He knew that the billing department at Comprehensive Pain Center wasnt very good but he assured me that if there was a problem, he would do his best to resolve it. I needed a procedure done and his billing department refused to take my insurance because Jackie said they dont pay. We called the insurance company at least four times and gave them the information. No one at Aetna was aware there was a problem. Aetna could not reach Jackie for a while. When they did finally she gave them incorrect info. Its sad that no one there reached out to me. Calls not returned.

After fighting for nine months to be able to get to see my doctor, after a hell of a summer due to the nastiness of the whole office situation at the Bayside clinic (which I have to go there to see my doctor), my medication completely taken away from me from the Perrysburg clinic (Ill never go there again even though its 20 minutes away) I finally found Betsy lol and Stacy. Stacy you helped me out so much. I even told my doctor that I absolutely love this location. And you are in and out also. Driving a bit more sucks, I actually found a scenic route so Im ok with that. The other two clinics especially the receptionist at Bayside, and a NP in the Perrysburg clinic that has like a god complex actually put me through hell. Im glad I got to get into this location. P.S. when a person has leftover medication and they dont have a job..does NOT MEAN they are going around and making money. Its called being a responsible patient who does NOT over take medication. Crazy how that works
