Called to see if they carried the slacks I wanted. Said he had two pair. I was going to purchase but he hung up. Repeated calls went unanswered.

Specifically this locations service was terrible and incredibly rude the entire time. I had a total of 8 suits needed to be rented for my wedding and the only ones that had any issues were those of us that were measured here, I had people coming in from Oklahoma, Georgia and Kentucky, all of their suits were perfectly fit and no issues at all. When I had to reorder they were incredibly rude and unhelpful throughout the process and tried to charge me more for their mistakes, when I called to confirm my suit was in 3 days before my wedding I was told I dont know and kept digging for information till I was told it would be likely be in the following day, the following day I got a call and was told it was, I drove to the store and saw the man who was very rude throughout the reorder process and told me that my suit was not here and I would need to come back later, he of course was lying and I ignored him and asked anyone else, they had my suit and I left. Do yourself a favor and either use a different place to rent from or use any other mens wearhouse
