Came here to buy Uggs and a pair of crocs and the salesperson was nice . However when it came to ringing up my items I dont believe she scanned my code because no money was taken off but yet she said it was. After I received my receipt she took .19 cents off and I was suppose to get $10 off $50 and when I go to my account on journeys it says I never even made a purchase today so idk whose rewards she put in but it was not mine so Im really bothered that she lied and didnt give me my $10 off. Whoever salesperson 706858 is

Went to purchase some Ugg slip in at Westfield Mall next to Journey Kids and the sales person said I couldn't purchase them because the store manager wanted them and they were on hold because she didn't have the money for them

Recently I went to journeys to get shoes for my daughters birthday, a gentleman named Noah greeted us and in mid conversation a young girl rudely interrupted us, I wasnt able to get her name as she didnt have a name tag on. After about waiting for 10-15 minutes for Noah or this girl to return with no more help I left and went and bought her shoes from Vans. I hope this is not how all customers are treated
