Overpriced Scammers Thanks for staying local - whatever they are WAY overpriced because they have a local monopoly. You only get the speeds you pay for if you speed check on their speed check site. Ive paid for 200, 400, etc Mb/s but never get those speeds. Whenever I check third party Im at 50-75 if Im lucky. But if you use the Buckeye speed checker youll always be getting your correct speed. Hmmmm. The $30 add on for unlimited data is just an obnoxious fee. Id love to support a local company but they unquestionably take advantage of their customer base due to lack of competition. Finally!!! got some options - AT&T in our neighborhood now dropped Buckeye. Same true speed and quality for half the price!

We pay $100/month and can't even make it through an entire TV show on Hulu (only device currently connected.....make that supposed to be connected to wifi) without out wifi getting disrupted. Everytime they blame the equipment and tell us we need an upgrade. Speeds are never what we pay for. I wish there were a reliable alternative where I live because I would NEVER recommend this service to anyone. Customer service is a joke too.

Without a doubt the worst ISP to have if you play multiplayer video games online - but also in general. The service regularly cuts out and disconnects you for serveral minutes at a time or cuts out for extended periods of time.
