        Changed home internet provider to AT&T and had them scheduled to come out to setup my internet (something with the lines) and they no call no showed. Only for me to have to call in to find out I have to reschedule for days later. You would think you would be pushed to the front of the line the next day if they missed their appointment you scheduled with them but no. Poor customer service the only remedy they offered was the rescheduling days later. If I could give 0 stars I would.

        Please be mindful when looking for an apartment management takes pride in their properties. It's important that pest control is one of the TOP priorities monthly-quarterly basis. People, dogs, and cats bring different bugs or rodents into the building. Without preventative maintenance buildings get infested!! It's important for management cover all basis so everyone lives comfortably. TODAY I've learned these buildings are infested with ROACHES!! They are only treating the issue one time...that's NOT good enough! Don't stay here!!!!
