I cannot say enough about how considerate this company was to my needs. My bed had been "lost in transit" and I had to sleep on a couch I wanted to dispose of. They allowed me to keep the dumpster extra days because of the situation. Quickly after I let them know I had a bed they picked the dumpster. I felt treated like a real person. We ordered a dumpster to begin a major renovation project; it was instantly available and expertly delivered the next day. Pick up was just as easy, and everyone was a joy to work with. We actually needed a second, smaller dumpster, which was delivered the same day. And...as many DIYers will appreciate, our project kept snowballing, resulting in the need for a THIRD dumpster. Everyone, from office to owner has been fabulous, meeting our increasing needs, with understanding and super flexibility. I cannot recommend I Take Junk enough. Between the people, the really nice bins, and the price, I will never use anyone else. With the insane amount of stress that comes with major renovation, we really and truly appreciate running into a company, and its people, like those at I Take Junk. Thank you guys!
