They are a tough to contact company that refuses to give me my garbage and recycling cans for three weeks. They swapped out my cans weeks ago and have yet to replace them. I was told the replacements would arrive on three separate occasions. And on the third time, I was assured by my property manager it was handled after twelve calls and five re-directs. Get an email address, or hire a better staff. And give me my trash and recycling cans back Edit: They contacted me and handled the situation. Once finally in contact, the matter was taken care of that very day. I'm still alittle upset with the time frame of everything. But a mixture of things beyond both our controls lead to the trouble. They weren't the root.

WORST waste services and awful customer service. Every time the drivers come down my street, they leave trash blowing out of the back of the their truck. After attempting to cancel their services in the middle of October for this reason, the customer service representative told me to move my bin to side of the road for removal but never canceled my services. I called again mid-November to find out what the issue was, and they said my services were never canceled. So, services were canceled during this particular call, then I was charged for waste services the entire month of November. After calling and trying to have the charge removed for their mistake, they told me it was a valid charge and I needed to pay it. Needless to say, I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

Cant believe that people seriously think this kind of trash pick up is better than when the guys used to empty trash cans by hand. When they use to empty the cans by hand, if trash ended up falling out, they would pick it up NOW if trash ends up falling out, they just leave it, and drive away!! Were starting to look like Detroit Michigan, trash EVERYWHERE!!! And another thing, arent they suppose to EMPTY ALL THE TRASH OUT OF THE CAN??? Went to put my can back, and its half full, now thats ridiculous!!!!!
