If this banks mission was to be as inconvenient as possible they're definitely accomplishing that. Online banking always down for some issue,debit cards randomly quit working throughout the year. 5 times this year my debit card quit working so I had to get a new one and they can't figure out why it's happening. Lobby is always closed. They don't take loose change it has to be rolled,yet every other branch is willing to take time to count it. ATMs is always out of service. I think I need to find a new bank because directions just keeps getting worse

Lisa Lorigan is the BEST office manager there. I love going to her. She's extremely helpful, kind, doesn't rush you and helps w/everything you need, no matter the situation. She finds out answers if she doesn't know them & points you in the right direction. Kristine is a teller there. She's been there for years. She's nice, kind, outgoing and been very helpful to me and my family. As far as banking goes it's been one of the best places I've ever gone to. I've used Huntington on Laskey and WILL NEVER go back. They gave out our personal information when they weren'tsupposed to! And my family has had unfriendly office employees from there as well. Credit Unions are much better. I also like Glass City Federal Credit Union I've used them in the past for years as well.. but Directions is now my one stop for everything Loans, credit cards etc!! Thank you Lisa ffg or taking care of me and my entire family!
