        This is a normal Wendy's in Swanton Ohio. The food is typically good, and I stopped in at a busy time for a dine-in. The location is well staffed, and the delay in getting my food was nominal. There was a slight bias toward the drive-thru customers, but it was no big deal. I would go there again.

        If theres more than 2 cars in the drive through go somewhere else. Youll be waiting in line for over 25 minutes. Once you get through youre all but guaranteed to be missing part of your order and be greeted by some of the rudest employees youve ever dealt with. Garbage place.

        I'm not the person to review a place so poorly, but wow. This location has some issues. It started with the men's bathroom. What a horrible mess. I questioned even using the sink. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Next, zero soap in the dispenser. I had a friend get me soap in a ketchup cup from the ladies' bathroom. So now the food, that took forever to get. Our meal was a burger, a chicken wrap, and loaded fries. All of it was cold. It was after 8 pm, and I was hungry, so I ate it. The soft drinks had an odd taste. I couldn't drink it. I would have taken it back, but the line was too long. I won't be rushing back to this place any time soon. I will be notifying the health department today. What a mess. Clean up your act.
