Where to start... the Kitt's are incredible at what they do. Their attention to detail is above all else. They were respectful of our house and our time. They left our basement cleaner than when they started the work. They were honest and didn't try to up-sell us on anything. I could keep going, but I'll save us all the time and simply say, go with Kitt's and you won't have any issues or regrets and the work will be impeccable.

Mike installed my AC nearly 30 years ago and during that process fixed a handful of defects (at no charge) from the heat installation performed by a local competitor. My home was now due for an upgrade/replacement of both heat and AC. Mike and his son Kevin (third generation) provided a very competitive quote for OEM Rheem components and did an exceptional job of removing the old units, cleanup, and most importantly, calibrating the new system for maximum efficiency and performance specifically suited to MY home. Many/most contractors install new equipment "out of the box" which may lead to only an "average" level of performance. They spent ample time discussing with me my expectation/needs for both heat and AC and set the system up to perform uniquely to my needs. Kitts Heat & Air Conditioning responded immediately to my broken hot water tank. Professional, thorough, explained future care, replaced shut off with easier option, removed broken tank, and fairly priced for the service. Would refer & highly recommend!
