Ive spent a lot of money with this company over the years for plumbing work. Recently, I needed yearly maintenance done to my tankless hot water heater they installed. First appointment was canceled since plumber couldnt make it due to another job. Rescheduled appointment, plumber was no show. This was frustrating as I had similar experiences in the past with BC but wanted to support a local business. After calling BC the next day and leaving a message, I received a call back from Jeff apologizing he didnt show up and wanted to reschedule. He advised I wasnt a priority since I had heat and wanted to set something up after holidays. I advised I would find a new business for my plumbing needs and Jeff educated me on how Im not understanding of his understaffing and the long hours hes been working. I advised I understand his situation, but will seek other options. I was told good luck and everyone always comes back. I didnt appreciate the way I was treated by Jeff and I hope BC Contracting realizes the importance of customer service, especially to long time customers.

Great Escape uses them as a repair facility to fix waranty Hot tub. I needed mine fixed which was just a light and they came to tel us that they could not do anything until they look at the specs. Its been a week and a half and receive no call. We left four messages within a two day period. Now we got Great escape involved and they two left three messages. I used ti know the owner which was the father and he was a great business man but now the place has gone to heck. Very Unprofessional

great company with fantastic customer support team.. had to have my pool heat pump repaired and they made the whole experience as painless as you could expect.. would use them again in the future.

I called the last two days and left an email. I needed to get my jacuzzi fixed before it froze and now that may not happen. The tech came out Wednesday and told me everything was fixed I dont know anything about plumbing on jacuzzis and it looked fixed as soon as he left the jacuzzi started leaking again and and all water came out., I called literally right where he left and no answer I left three voicemails and I been calling and calling and calling to try and see if I can schedule a technician to come back out when the technician was at my home he said that there was an overflow valve that he didnt know if he should plug up and I think that was what was letting out water when the water got to a certain point, but I dont have the proper tools to take off the siding to check. I was going to come on here and leave a good review until nobody responded. I really hope my Jacuzzi is not broken now because of the water being in it and me not being able to turn it on and heat up the water because of them not responding I would really just like a response back. This has been a horrible experience for me. I even gave the technician a $50 tip on top of the fee. It cost for him to change one little cap $200 for my Jacuzzi to still be broke. Im not asking for free labor. I dont care what it cost. I would just like a response and someone to come out and help me. Service: Pool plumbing repair

Great company.We had to replace our boiler in our Laundromat. Professional work. I would highly recommend them.
