When you are just shopping for cologne for your boyfriend for an easter gift and you're harassed every five minutes... he just wanted time to make up his mind because he was between 3 different ones, so we looked around a little bit before he decided. We were there for AT MOST an hour, treated like absolute thieves!! As in the comment "You guys have been here a REALLY long time are you sure you don't need help" and multiple more while being followed around like children and stared at as if we were aliens. And to top it off they put my points on the wrong account for 2 very large purchases, an account I don't have access to anymore; as if I didn't say my name loud enough since there's two different names under my phone number, but if somehow she didn't hear me correctly you'd think she'd ask but no (: I do not recommend this Ulta as it's always a little disappointing and disorganized on top of their employees attitudes every time I go in here. The one in Wooster is much more pleasant, take the trip there instead.

Staff were busy talking and no one greeted me. Just thought unusual, as it is not usually that way. However when I went to ask someone for help... She was excellent. Found what I needed and even tried it on me. It was just what I was looking for. Very organized store, clean has great variety of brands for most items.
