My sister got married in May 2015 when I was 16 and I knew then that I wanted to get my makeup professionally done. I went in Ulta in Strongsville and the makeup artist was so gentle, kind, and skilled! I cannot stress that enough: I ABSOLUTELY LOVED MY MAKEUP!! the foundation was blended to match my skin perfectly, (which made me particularly impressed later on, since I am not white) and she gave me the winged out liner I had so wanted. It was a perfect experience; and four years later I am longing to go back. :) :) highly recommend.

I am in complete shock at the way I was treated on my birthday while getting my hair done. as a returning costumer who has spent over 10,000 dollars at their establishment I deserve more respect. I was getting a keratin treatment done at the strongsville Ulta beauty today, Sasha the stylists who was doing my hair was running a little behind and they were closing soon. Its a pretty expensive treatment I payed 200 for it so it not necessarily something you want rushed. the manger Olga was rushing the stylist Sasha to finish my hair and had me pay before my hair was even done because she wanted to close the register. She shut the lights off on Sasha and me while Sasha was trying to finish my hair leaving my hair unfinished, and well if you guys know what a ultimate straight keratin treatment is I still have curls and this is something I have got done multiple times so I know how it goes I will never be spending money here again.
