    Ive gotten my oil changed here for years but will not return after they changed my sisters oil and forgot to put the O-ring back on ultimately causing the brand new car to be totaled. She was also shown no compassion by the owner which is like salt in the wound. Very unfortunate and disheartening. Clearly a sign of negligence and sloppy work. EDIT: After seeing the business owners response it solidifies my point. Theres no compassion or desire to do better in the future. Going on and on about the insurance claim doesnt take away the fact that a paid employee at this business screwed up a simple oil change. Notice there is no mention of SOLUTIONS ex: more training, better quality checks etc. I would say its a shocking reaction from a business owner, however, I cant be surprised when it seems like their grammar, spelling, and punctuation are equally flawed.

    I have used this company in the past and based on a recent incident with my daughter, I would give this place ZERO stars if I was able. This company did an oil & filter change on her 2023 KIA. They were negligent in not installing a ring/seal correctly which resulted in her car loosing all the oil and burning up the engine. They did file a claim with their insurance company but rather than just replace the engine the insurance company totaled the car which resulted in my daughter being put in a negative financial situation. The settlement did not reimburse her for the $7K she initially put down on the car nor was she "made whole" by not being reimbursed for one year of car payments she had previously paid. She talked to the owner of this business and explained her situation to see if he would have some empathy for the financial dilemma his business and his insurance company put her in. She just wanted some financial help from him since the insurance payment won't "make her whole" because now she has practically nothing to put down on buying a replacement car. He refused to help her. Please keep this in mind if you choose to take your car to his business. Who can't perform a simple oil & filter change without it resulting in burning up an engine? I could and did oil & filter changes myself starting when I was 15 years old and didn't cause any engines to burn up.

I'm sorry to hear this. Sadly, your sisters car has 35,000 miles on it so its not a new car anymore. we did turn this into the insurance. Which the insurance company was taking care of this. I know your sister is disappointed to find out what the insurance company was gonna give her for her used car. But when a mistake happens nationwide insurance deals with the claim and let her know to push for her benefits thru the insurance agent. Disappointed that you feel we should have a 1 star review when we handled matters with her and the insurance. No different then if we had wrecked into her car and fortunately we have great insurance that is taking care of her. Our suggestions is always discus this with the insurance agent. And work with them to get what you need.

As I've informed your daughter, our insurance company and the adjuster was handling this situation. It is her responsibility to fight the insurance company. If she does not feel they are giving her what she deserves. But the way insurance works is that you will get a check for the value of your vehicle. The simple truth is that the value of her vehicle is less than she expected. That is what happens when you drive a vehicle 35000 miles. The value of the vehicle comes down. It will never give you less than what you had when the accident happened. It's very disappointing to see an entire family. Not understand the insurance industry. If I was this girl's father, I would have helped her with her insurance claim and got what she could from the insurance company instead of simply accepting what they gave her. Sometimes not all families work together well. Simply giving us a one star review. Because you don't understand how to use insurance is disappointing. And after forty five years of being in business, this is Pretty normal for everyone, simply to just give a bad review. I hope Walmart. Does you well with your future oil changes.
