I went to the Upper Valley store to get some work done and they were so rude. The manger Brad talked poorly to me like I was a child and not a grown woman. I originally came back because the last time I was here about maybe nine months ago a manager name Carl was the one that assisted me and he was amazing. So I left disappointed and mad. I called the other tire choice in town to get corporate number but luckily I found Carl. So I will be taking my business to that tire choice. Youre lucky you have him in your company because I was originally going to call corporate and find a new mechanic. Thank you Carl for your help again.
