KAY Jewelers

Very long story short sent my wedding ring set in to repair to get sized down, came back wrong so I had to send it back in again to get it fixed a total of three times came back damaged from repair. Months of not having my ring. The end result was I needed a new ring that they stopped making my customer care experience with Kays online services was absolutely horrible!!!! But I couldnt have got through this horrific time without Rebecca the store manager! She made everything so much better and helped more than she had to! She done everything in her power to make it right for me when corporate wouldnt. Overall, I wouldnt recommend Kays unless you get the help from this wonderful woman!! as well as the general manager of the store!! I will never step foot into another Kays. As bad as Springfield may be, the employees at this location will go above and beyond for the customers. This business should definitely appreciate the staff they have because honestly if it werent for them, I wouldve taken my business elsewhere!! so thank you Springfield employees at Kay jewelers for doing your job and not stopping until this situation was resolved!!

I sent my engagement ring out to be sized. It came back fitting the exact way it was sent out. Im positive they did nothing to it yet I had to go without it for two weeks. She even checked it and claimed it was just short of the size its supposed to be, but almost correct

Elaina is kind and helpful. Always has a smile on her face. Rebecca is also great. I was disappointed when my ring was sent out to be sized and the diamond came back looking different. Elaina was quick to help and sent the ring out to be repair correctly.
