        Ashley was a tremendous help! All the other associates were also very warm and welcoming. I highly recommend Kay's, specifically, the team at this location. I typically go to Southpark Mall's location but will definitely go out of my way to come back here again. Thank you!

        The BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! Cindy was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I came in, dressed like a bum, panicking about my gift for my mothers 65th Birthday. Here came Cindy to the rescue! I told her my budget was $1,000, and she showed me several beautiful diamond necklace options, and explained the difference in each. During our shopping experience, we also learned a lot about one another, and she made me feel like her true friend. I ended up going with a necklace that was $1700.. $700 over my budget. Busy guess what? Cindy made me feel great about my purchase, and I am confident my mother will love it. Thanks Kay Jewelers at Great Northern Mall, and THANK YOU CINDY!!!
