        Do not bank here. Key bank is a joke and made a massive error when updating everyone's account information thus resulting in thousands of customers not being able to use their debit cards. There is a class action lawsuit against KeyBank for this major IT failure.

        Been with the bank almost 40 years and Im about to take all my money out and go somewhere else. They have closed every location but the one downtown and no longer have any ATMs but the one downtown and doesnt give cash late at night. With direct deposit they need more than 1 ATM and the one on the north end of town has been broke down for about 2 months now and Im ready to go to another bank not happy with them at all. I have 4 accounts and about ready to switch.

        Dont use the ATM for cash. Now thats its not against the building they always say that it wasnt in there. Disputing response are terrible.

        They closed the branch on my side of town. A bank this size and only one branch have made wait times ridiculous. I am writing this currently in line already for 15 minutes and still have 7 people in front of me. Absurd

      Hello Sharon, Debit Mastercards from most KeyBank personal checking accounts (except the Hassle-Free Account®) can be used surcharge-free at any Allpoint ATM. You can find a list here: https://bit.ly/3BPUicx There are 25 Allpoint ATM within a 10 mile radius.
