        Shameful and disappointing. My husband hates to run errands to places and this bank is one of the reasons why. No "Good Morning", no "Can I help You". He may as well have went an ATM - he would have gotten friendlier service. Small town bank atmosphere? No, not where I come from! Customer service experience clearly not a priority, even to folks who do ALL of their banking through them.
