        Bank teller decided to not accept my cash deposit into MY OWN ACCOUNT under her discretion.(I called customer service and they said they should take my deposit no matter what, but each bank is different and can change accordingly) Also, while I was there, a couple was turned away to set up a savings account because the banker had an appointment coming in at that time, but he really left for lunch.... I am very upset with this Chase branch and WILL NOT be back. Thinking about switching banks altogether.
