Mary has no idea what she is doing sent X-rays over 2 weeks ago still did not have them when i arrived They wasted my time twice in a row the issue is mary Worst dental office ever!

We've gone to Dr. Reineck for over 10 years. Have always found him to be very kind and caring, as well as very conservative. He doesn't look in HIS wallet to see if I need dental work. Always tries the least invasive and least expensive methods first. Mary, the receptionist, is polite and professional. LeAnn the hygienist is very thorough and friendly. And Kara, the assistant, is very professional and efficient. I would recommend Dr. Reineck's office wholeheartedly!

The receptionist at this office was the rudest, most condescending, unprofessional woman I have ever encountered in an office setting in my life. I was called names, hung up on, and refused to be given the number to the dental board or the option to speak to the dentist between patients. This deserves zero stars, and I will not rest until she is accountable. In the meantime I hope my son doesn't die of an abscess waiting for a new doctor. I had to physically go in to find his appointment canceled because the phone was off the hook for 2 hours. Inexplicably she refused his appointment and would not explain why. Anyone who would employ her after such treatment will not be getting the business of my 5 other family members who WERE patients there.

Dr. Reineck and the staff that work on the patients are professional and nice. The office is also clean. The receptionist Mary is by far the worst experience communicating with someone on the peninsula. Appointments are cancelled and/or rescheduled without a phone call. Eavesdrops on conversations and turns every conversation into a gauntlet of misery. I called to cancel an appointment due to feeling ill in the opening months of Covid and she met me with "does your mom know you're cancelling?" I was 29 at the time. I hope my family doesn't have appointments changed on purpose due to this review but I know that'll happen. People need to know about how unprofessional she is and how awful her customer service skills are. Hopefully one day they'll get a nice receptionist there who fits the fun, joyful mood of the others who work there.
