I had a bad anxiety attack and felt my throat closing up and felt like I couldn't breathe...the dentist kept yelling at me saying he didn't have time for it, and wanted to reschedule! Then after I calmed down, all he did was yell at his assistant. They also were supposed to send a prior authorization for me to get something else that my insurance didn't pay for right away, that was 5 years ago! They never called me back!! Worst experience ever!!

Went and had some fillings done about a year or so ago. He broke one filling off pulling my wisdom tooth out. My other fillings have broke off. My filling on my other tooth has been bothering me and hurting me for a long while. I havent been able to eat on the right side of my mouth because of it. Just tonight it broke off while eating a fruit snack. This dentist does not care about his patients. Hes more worried about getting money. I would not recommend

Dr. Khan was great but the lady who works the front desk named Rene is terrible. She is rude, condescending and tried to get me to pay money that I didn't owe. When a dentist is "in network" there are negotiated fees for procedures and the office cannot charge you more than those fees. The office tried to charge my insurance more than the negotiated fee and when they didn't pay, the office tried to charge me the balance which is a crime in Ohio. Rene also lied to me over the phone and stated that my children received fillings that I didn't pay for when they have never had a filling in their lives. Over the phone she was aggressively trying to get me to set up a payment plan, but when I went to the office and discussed this in person with Rene, she immediately backed down and made my balance zero. I feel bad for anyone who has to deal with this lady.
