Do not work for them. I was a temp through peoples first staffing, I showed up to work before 95% of the staff, clocked in on time and was never in one spot always working no matter what. While getting trained in a new department no one would work but 1 person to break her out she ran off and lied to HR that I fell asleep, after making a joke that its so easy only thing I gotta worry about is falling asleep. I obviously didnt and she came back, I made a joke back saying that if I didnt bounce around I probably could of fell asleep we both laughed and she then ran and told HR I was sleeping and I was terminated. Dont bother to ask me, or anything. Then they tried to fire my man because he didnt wanna sit and eat with them cuz we have no food at home since they did this to us 2 weeks before Christmas. Oh but their line is they want people to show up and just work 40 hours a week when they discriminate on smaller people, (Im a dwarf btw and endured jokes and being shoved around out of the way), and the same day they fired me for not being a good fit after working a 40 hour week they let a man sleep for an hour and a half in the bathroom and he wasnt fired, no, they all laughed and indicated he had done that before, it wasnt an accident either. Everytime the hard work came round several guys would take off and several women and I had to step in. Don't waste your time for $15 an hour, trust me, the same place that dropped me off a joke without talking to me first isnt the place you wanna be. Unless you are un hire-able due to drugs, felonies or warrants all it is there is days of our lives mixed with proms popularity contest, since I didnt fit. Floor manager didnt even know I was gone if that says it all, its so unprofessional its not even funny, since all they had to do if they didnt wanna talk to me, check the cameras, but nope trust 1 person on anothers job.

I cant say much about being a customer here but if you plan on working for these people in house, its a nightmare. I worked through a temp and was always 15 minutes early, did the job at hand with good pace, and was friendly to everyone. I worked here for 3 days one week (we were off the rest of the week for thanksgiving) and the following week I got home on Monday after completing my shift and my temp calls and tells me that theyre letting me go. This has never happened to me. Not only being fired but being fired for no reason at all. And the work is extensively grueling and youre lifting much more weight than they tell you for only $15/hr. And if you pass your 90 days you get $16/hr (yippie!). Find somewhere else if you need the money and a laid back job where there are clear favorites who dont do nearly as much work as everyone else

A great place to have anything fabricated and or painted nice and friendly environment I recommend it to any business or person trying to have something built or painted.

Got hired as a temp. Worked 1 week and 2 days thru, called off one day because of medical issues and they let me go. The work was hard and there were many safety concerns and issues that seemed to be blatantly ignored especially when lifting above the head.
