Terrible experience, these guys did my taxes and they only charged me and scammed me, their services are useless, terrible service is useless. I do not recommend it at all I had A very bad experience working with them, they should close the site

Had my taxes done in the past in Fairview atTaCheck, they were not able to do them last year because of a family situation. I ended up going to there satellite in Parma. A very poor experience, my tax preparer was Sean. After my taxes were done I was getting notices in the mail with penalties for city, state, and federal. I called Sean three times without a return phone call. I went to the office And Overheard him talking to his secretary this guy called me three F-ing (bad word) Times. After overhearing that I walked out. He still didnt call me his secretary did. At the end of the day horrible job horrible customer service, I will never use them again! This was the highest Ive ever paid for a tax return with the poorest service.. I will never be back.
