        The most unprofessional tax professionals Ive ever experienced. I always do my own taxes through TurboTax and I needed some help amending an old return. At the time of setting the appointment and calling I mistakenly didnt have the necessary documents uploaded so I wasnt prepared. Heather Sayers was a rude and unhelpful person. I had to call for my own appointment after waiting over a half hour. When I got through Heather said they were talking about who was going to take it and help me because for some reason the person I scheduled the appointment and it was confirmed with wasnt there. She laughed at times when telling me what documents I needed to upload and as a very unpleasant person. I called back the next day to speak to someone else and they refuse to allow me to work with another professional and instead argued with me about it. Wouldnt recommend anyone go to this branch, especially if you havent used HR Block before.
