Quality Inn

It took 20 minutes to check me in. There's no internet. The person at the desk said it never works when there are several guests. Then there's the room, which I haven't throughly inspected yet, because it's been a long day and I'll just be more unhappy. First impression is the fact that my shoes stick to all the floors. Thats disgusting. Do you have any idea how foul a floor has to be for it to be sticky? That's so nasty. Everything has stains and dirt on it. Smells like a smoker has been in the room. Ashtray stink. Apparently along with not cleaning they also don't check to make sure everything works. The large lamp doesn't turn on. Everywhere I look is foul. I'm concerned about what the bed is going to look like, but I'm not sure if I can stand it. I might sleep in my car. I mean, what the hell am I paying for if you can't even clean? Shame on you.

As a single mom traveling with 3 of my children, I was extremely pleased with our stay here. Despite the low price, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and we felt safe here. The front desk staff were very nice & helpful, specifically Elise and Lonnie, so thank you! My kid even left their phone upon checkout, and they found it quickly and put it aside for us. We will definitely stay here again if we return to the Cleveland area.

One of my favorite hotels in the area! Anytime I come to Cleveland I stay here! Lonnie, and his son, Lonnie, are so nice! The breakfast is my favorite, and they have such good orange juice. Cant wait to stay here again!
