        I requested towels as we turned down housekeeping and it was insinuated that I was trying to steal them by the front desk clerk...really? Three whole sets and from a Residence Inn? There must be something extra special about them that I would take them from here and not the Phoenician or JW Marriots we frequent. Ridiculous...

        The size of the room was okay. It was just so noisy. The fridge was so loud. Did not feel too comfortable in the hotel. Safety: We didnt feel safe upon entering and checking out.
