Do not go in to shop after 8pm and expect to get good service. I went it to get a few frames and I saw that they had a deal on b1g1 I was like wow thats awesome. So I pick up a few frames apparently one was on clearance so it would not work for b1g1 even though I was buying 1 frame at 29.99 full price. The other frame was originally 29.99 but was on clearance for 14.99 I asked if I would be able to get the clearance one free instead of finding one for 29.99 she said no. I said can you please ask a manager. She rolled her eyes and said I can call for a price check. So I said please do. They were closing it was a few mins past 9 and I know the cashier was just irritated that I was still in the store. I originally made a mistake thinking they were open until 9:30 but when they pages they were closed I went up front to check out to not hold them up. The cashier said there wasnt anyone so I have to go do it since the other girl left I said ok thank you. She comes back and says green means clearance I stated I know I just want to know if I could get it at normal price so it would ring on sale. She then with an attitude says they arent even they same brand and points at them really belittling. I said please call a manager the manager walks in and says hi what can I help you with. At this point Im so annoyed with the customer service At that location I said I just want to be able to get this and leave and I explained to her it does not state that on the sign. She said oh but it does. It wasnt like I was trying to get two at the clearance price. I just wanted the clearance item to be the free item since it was not clearly written. I was spending over $80 and they did not even want to try to resolve my issue of $14.when the manager let me out she said you enjoy yourself-what kind of service is that? I will not be visiting any ac Moores in the future.

So very disappointed in my first experience shopping at AJ Moore. I had gift cards totaling $60 and spent a total of $96. Some of the products ended up not working for me. I returned a total of $28 in items. The store refused to refund my debit card even though my refund was less than the total amount I paid in cash. They said I was only allowed to have my gift card refunded. I asked for a manager and was pretty much told too bad. I tried to call the customer service line with no response. As a single mother to a child with special needs who works 80+ hours a week, I want the cash back that I spent. I dont need another gift card. Its the 21st-century and making a return should not be so difficult. This will be the absolute last time I ever shop in this store simply on principle.
