        Turned me away at the door saying they were closing when Google says the close at 10. Terrible service will be reporting to corporate.

        Not sure how Nancy was having such a terrible morning already, I said hello, she said nothing. I said have a good day and with a scowl she said, take your basket to the front. I think that's your job Nancy. Store Is always well stocked and clean. Usually long lines. Dang, Smile Nancy! We would like self checkouts at this point too there.

        Have never had a store tell me that a transaction cant be voided. As someone who used to work in retail, I know that even once a transaction has been started, it can be voided. There is always a way, just didnt want to I feel. Ive had transactions voided there before, so I dont understand why it couldnt be done this time. AND when a customers card declines and is already embarrassed, dont make the situation worse by talking loud enough that people in the store over can hear. Horrible experience.
